Request account deletion

To request account deletion, please open the FairShare app on your device and navigate to Settings → Contact Us → Request account Deletion. This in-app flow lets us verify your identity and process the request securely.

Note: Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days. If you change your mind, contact support from the app before the deletion is finalized.

What happens next?

• We will verify the request using the provided email. If we detect an issue we may ask for additional confirmation.
• Your account will be queued for permanent deletion and removed from our systems within 30 days.
• During the 30-day window you can contact support to cancel the deletion.
